How it works

Three steps between here and working data abroad

No shop queue, no plastic SIM, no roaming bill arriving three weeks after you get home. Plans start at $4.50.

  1. Step 1

    Choose where you're going

One country, a whole region, or a global plan that follows you across borders. Pick a data size — most two-week trips land on 3 GB — and pay in US dollars. No account, no app, no cart full of add-ons.

  2. Step 2

Install it at home, on Wi-Fi

A QR code reaches your inbox minutes after the order. Scan it with the phone's camera from your laptop screen, or type in the SM-DP+ code by hand. Two minutes, done at your kitchen table rather than in an arrivals hall.

  3. Step 3

    Land, and switch it on

Turn the travel line on when the plane doors open and it connects to a local network automatically. Your own number stays live for calls and verification codes; the data runs on the eSIM.

  • Instant delivery QR code by email, seconds after payment
  • Check your device Works on eSIM-ready iPhone & Android
  • Secure payment Encrypted checkout, no account needed

What that gets you

  • The clock starts when you land

Validity begins on first connection at your destination, not at checkout. Buying a week early costs you nothing.

  • Your number keeps working

The eSIM is an extra data line. WhatsApp, bank codes and your usual calls carry on over the home SIM.

  • Hotspot on every plan

Share the connection with a laptop or a travel companion. No upsell, no separate tethering fee.

  • No bill shock, ever

Prepaid means prepaid. When the data runs out the line simply stops, and you decide whether to top up.

Common questions

What do I actually receive?

An email with a QR code, a manual SM-DP+ address and activation code as a backup, the APN if one is needed, and the plan details. There is nothing physical and nothing to collect.

How soon does it arrive?

Within minutes of ordering. If it has not appeared, look in the spam folder first, then email support@travelnet.world and we will resend it.

Do I have to install it before I fly?

You should. Installing needs a working internet connection, and the moment you most need the eSIM is the moment you have none. Install at home, leave the line off, switch it on when you land.

What if I change my plans?

An eSIM you never installed and never used can be refunded — see the refund policy for the window and the exceptions. Once a profile has been downloaded and connected, it has been delivered.

Which network will I be on?

A local partner network in your destination, named on the destination page wherever we can state it with confidence. You get their coverage and their speeds, up to 5G where both the plan and the local network support it.

Can one plan cover several countries?

Yes — that is what the regional and global plans are for. A single-country plan works in that country only, so a multi-stop itinerary is usually cheaper and simpler on a regional plan.
