All sales are final. Here is why, before you buy

We do not offer refunds on eSIMs. We would rather say that plainly on a page you can find before paying than bury it in a clause you find afterwards.

  • All sales are final

An eSIM is issued to you the moment you pay. We cannot un-issue it and we cannot get the wholesale cost back, so we do not offer refunds — on used plans, unused plans or changed minds.

  • Paid but nothing arrived? Ours to fix

If your payment succeeded and no working eSIM reached you, that is our failure, not your loss. Email support and we re-deliver it or make it right.

  • So check the phone first

A handset without eSIM support, or one still carrier-locked, is the most common reason a purchase is wasted — and the one thing we cannot undo afterwards. The check is free and takes ten seconds.

This policy is in force for every order placed on this site. We put it where you can read it before paying, because a refund policy you can only find after paying is not a policy, it is a trap. This policy forms part of our terms of service.

The policy, in one line

Every eSIM sale is final. We do not issue refunds — not for an unused profile, not for a cancelled trip, not for a plan you bought for the wrong destination, and not for a phone that turns out to be incompatible or carrier-locked. There is no cooling-off window on top of that, and no partial or pro-rata credit.

Why we cannot do refunds

Not because we are trying to keep your money. Because of how the product actually works:

  • Delivery is instant and irreversible. The moment your payment clears, a real eSIM profile is issued to you by our fulfilment partner. There is no shipping delay in which to cancel, and a profile that has been issued cannot be un-issued, returned to stock or resold to anyone else.
  • The wholesale cost leaves us at the same instant. We buy each plan from a prepaid partner balance at the moment of issue. That spend is gone whether or not you ever install the profile, so a refund is not us giving back money we are holding — it is us paying twice for a plan you own.
  • The price already assumes this. We price thin and we do not add a returns margin on top, which is only honest if we do not then quietly fund returns out of it.

Sellers who advertise generous windows on unused eSIMs are either carrying that cost in a higher price or leaning on conditions that are hard to satisfy in practice. We would rather not do either.

What we do promise: you get what you paid for

There is one thing we will never let stand, and it is the only failure mode that is genuinely ours: if your payment succeeded and a working eSIM did not reach you, that is our problem to solve.

Email support@travelnet.world and we will re-send the credentials, reissue the profile, or otherwise make it right. Non-delivery is not a refund question and we will not treat it as one — you paid for an eSIM, so you get an eSIM. Your order page link, sent to you by email, is the durable route back to your QR code and activation details if the delivery email goes astray.

If a plan will not install or will not connect, write to us before you conclude it is broken. Most failed activations are data roaming switched off, mobile data pointed at the wrong line, or a device that was locked all along — each fixable in about a minute. We will work through it with you, and where the fault turns out to be on the supply side we will take it up with the network and reissue rather than leave you offline.

EU and UK consumers: the withdrawal-right waiver

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. That right does not survive the immediate supply of digital content once you have asked for it and acknowledged the consequence.

So our checkout asks you to tick a box, and the order cannot be placed without it. By ticking it you expressly request that we begin supplying the eSIM immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. We record that you ticked it, with your order. The mechanics are set out in section 5 of our terms.

This does not touch your other consumer rights. Waiving withdrawal is not waiving the right to get what you paid for. If a plan is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, your remedies under the consumer law of your country of residence apply in full, and nothing on this page limits them.

Orders we cancel

Separate case, and the only one where money comes back: if we cancel before the eSIM is issued — a plan turned out to be unavailable, a price was obviously wrong, or an order carried the signature of card testing — you are not charged for a product you never received, and anything taken is returned in full.

Before you pay

Two minutes here saves the entire cost of an order:

  • Check the handset. eSIM support and no carrier lock, both on our free compatibility check.
  • Check the destination and the dates. Country, data allowance and validity are all on the plan's page before you reach checkout.
  • Ask us anything you are unsure about. The help centre covers most of it, and contact reaches a person. We would much rather answer a question before a purchase than explain this page after one.

Chargebacks

If you think something has gone wrong, email us first. A chargeback freezes the order while your bank investigates, which is slower for you than the reply you would have got from us, and it is not a faster route to a working eSIM. We answer every message, and where we have made a mistake we say so.

Changes

The policy in force for your order is the one published when you bought it. If we change this page, the date at the top changes with it.

Check the phone before you pay

It takes ten seconds, and on a no-refunds policy it is the single most useful thing you can do.
